Cool The mansion  is goverment-assured restoration and the first restoration project in IZMIR and DISTRICT  made by Prime Ministry, Housing Development Administration of Turkiye

According to the door inscription, the house was built in 1325 by Haci Ahmet(born in 19cc)but translated to Roman calendar the date is 1907. The houses is in the neigbourhood of Arabogullari Mansion

According to the respected architectural scholar Bulent Sahin in his book ‘PERGAMON IN THE HISTORY OF ANATOLIA’,
"In the 18th. Century, the dynasty of the Arapogullari ruled Bergama. Their mansions were located along the Selinos Stream and according to the archives, Selcuk and Barbaros were the most prominent quarters in those times"
